Donating via the form powered by CustomDonations

We use embedded forms from customdonations.com to receive one-time and recurring donations via credit card. During the donation process we will collect and store your name, country and email address Customdonations will additionally store your your credit card information. The donations will be processed by Stripe. CustomDonations is a Stripe verified partner. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for more information on how your data is stored and processed.

Donating via our Earthquake Relief Shop

By buying an item from our earthquake relief shop, your payment will be processed by Wix.com, as our organisation is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our organisation adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

As part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reason stated above only.

From 14.03.2023 - 03.03.2023, all the funding received will be matched by Enjoolata Foundation. For this purpose we might share parts of or your full information entered when purchasing items from the Earthquake relief store with them to provide evidence of the funding received.
